Dwarf Question

Playing my second campaign as the Dwarves in vanilla TATW and have a question. In the building browser fro Erebor it shows that I need the last barracks in the castle to get Axemen of Erebor. However I have the ability to build the city one. Do I need to move my capital to build the other barracks? Or will the barracks event fix this? Thanks.

They are only available in Erebor, which is a "city". There are some recruitment options for this unit in the "castle" barracks tree - they are pointless because, being a city, Erebor cannot build them.

Anyway, two city barracks allow their recruitment: militia_drill_square (Army Barracks) and militia_barracks (Royal Barracks). Both require the Barracks Event.
