How to change diplomatic penalty for imperium

Hi i play Attila with better Ai 3.4 and i think Ai is too frendly so i want to change diplomatic pozitive bonus for your imperium to a diplomatic penalty like in vanilla.....because my english su** i translate : better ai 3.4 have a 30 opinion bonus for level 3 imperium i want to change it to - 15 and at level 4 -30 and so on .... to be shure Ai will hate me more and more

I was going to look at that mod, but apparently the download has been disabled due to bugs.

You will have to open his mod in PFM, and navigate to the effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions table, which may be renamed slightly in a mod. In this table there are 6 entries related to imperium and diplomacy, starting at att_bundle_faction_imperium_level_2 and ending at att_bundle_faction_imperium_level_7.

Find these and modify the effect values on the right side. They are huge negative numbers, you can't miss them.
