    Default [REQUEST] Less corruption

    The current amount of corruption is just immersion-breaking for me. No way more than 20 or 30% corruption would go unnoticed(oh hey britain suddenly only gives 5k instead of 10k?). Even if it's to stop a steamroll... if my empire is 10 times as big i'm going to crush smaller ones whatsoever.

    If anyone could make a mod that puts a max cap on the possible amount of corruption, that'd honestly be awesome.

    I'm working on one that reduces corruption through tech. I just need to work out a few kinks. For some unknown reason CA mismatched half the tech names.
