    Default [Request] No AI bonuses

    ok i am so sick and tired of seeing one city AI fielding two to three stacks...is there a mod that disables the AI bonus income?

    Try this!
    And you wont be able to maintain a full stack for long at the start (as WRE you can, but ya know.) Neither will be the AI ofc.
