Request: Hunnic Trait Mod

Hi there modders,

I recently started a Multiplayer Campaign with a friend, and he was playing as the Ostrogoths and I was playing as the Huns.


And we wanted to play like this: He was going to capture all the settlements and I was going to reinforce in every battle and clear his path etc.
So here is my question: Since the Huns have this nice trait: Reduced food production in provinces where hordes are standing. Foreign replenishment decreases in provinces where hordes are standing, and that also apply to Ally's, so the question is if its possible for someone to make a MOD that disables that trait when you're in ally territory.

It would be great if someone could make it :))

I don't think its possible to choose who or where it applies to. It is a regionwide effect.

I hoped maybe its possible to disable the trait against Military and Defensive Ally's and still enabled against Enemys and Neutral
