Default Morale decreased for WRE last patch?

    I can't defend cities anymore.

My garrisons will break easily and the enemy seems to cut them down like never before.

    Anyone else noticing this?

I just tried defending 590 vs 900 burgundians -- would've been a breeze before. Not anymore. My garrisons get annihilated everytime, they break, or they start losing.

I just had two Legio Comitatenses retreat against SPEARMEN... wtf?

The same happened to me with the Eastern Roman Empire. I was fighting against the Sassanids near Edessa - 6000 vs 8000 and even though their army was largely made up of Phrygian Spearmen and basic cavalry, the higher tier Roman units began to break and I lost. It felt as though it may have had something to do with fatigue. Has that been reworked, I wonder? It's not in the patch notes, but then neither was being able to see what buildings would increase province development.

I am not sure. It just doesn't make sense. I am playing on normal difficulty by the way
