how to make puppet states not awful?
So, puppet states will generally give you a tiny bit of money, with the chance to levy one t1 unit per turn, and won't align with your interests in any
way, generally breaking the treaty with no penalty anytime they're asked to join a war.
Additionally, 3rd party diplomacy takes no account of your puppet states, leading your staunch allies to declare war on them, or raid them.
What can be done to improve this?
