    Default (REQ) No civil war

I was wondering is there a way to turn off civil war?

    Howdy!

Here's a quick mini mod that buffs loyalty values to the point where it is impossible to have them lower to the point necessary to instigate a civil war anymore.

If a Political Character's Loyalty value reaches 0, it starts a civil war the following turn.

there is also a chance that a civil war starts when the loyalty is 1 or 2 (maybe 3) ....
and i think a civil war can also start based on your imperium lvl....

It only happens in those situations because that person's loyalty reduced to 0 in the time between you ending the turn and the start of a new turn. Namely due to Political Power change for the following turn or Office given to sub penalty (up to -4!)
