This should work. I could not for the life of me find the trigger for the negative integrity effect so I just deleted the whole damn thing.
Note that this mod changes 2 commonly modded tables, so compatibility will be an issue. Mostly with large overhauls and anything that changes the effects of the various negative and positive bonuses in the game.
Let me know if you have any problems, I haven't done any testing beyond checking if the effects are gone.

The entries I removed are in the effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions and the effects_table
There are two lines you need to remove from the radious pack effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions, they are line 634 and 635

He does not use the effects table in his mod, so you would have to add the effects_table to it or just use my mod and remove the effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions table from my mod. The lines I removed in effects_tables are 802 to 805 and then 807

Btw for me integrity effect didnt been so big problem as wars continued, and Generals levelled up to have some Integrity bonusses etc, but i will try to find that too
well im not a modder but PFM really helps to do some little -but important- tweaks for everyone, btw i will try to be looking into Horde growth/Building-new Horde population costs (Radious already changed them but s/o did similar sub-mod for that before in a different way), i might mix them -if i can- together

my aim is not to remove the whole rivalry, but to balance it, so im trying to figure what "0" value means there 1st of all
and for 2nd table u written, only 2 of them exists in Radious (with "0" value once again!), did u add rest 3?

That is why I removed them, I could find no value to edit to reduce the effects. It gets some sort of multiplier from somewhere else based on the amount of rivalry, but I don't have any idea where that is. You could try changing the 0 to a negative number and see what happens.
yea and there are 100s also, well i will try whats gonna happen
edit: i did some tests but neither mod didnt work somehow, or those values are not enough to change things..
i tried 50 75 etc to see if they are %, but nothing changed
for others, i mean zeros, -0.2 or +0.1 sth, nope :/
And well my pc not so good with tests, long loading is annoying.

Leave the values in the effects_table alone, they do not control anything. The only values you can modify are in the effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions, which control the penalty to food and income from rivalry.
I don't think the amount can be changed without finding the multipliers that cause the rivalry effect to increase. They may be hardcoded.

Yes my mod works fine. I loaded it up and checked my hun campaign to be sure the rivalry effects were gone.
