But, if you are part of Imperial Splendour team. So in the first version did not participate?

In that case, my nomination is for wangrin

I have worked in it in 2014, and it is just a specific contribution, at least by now, and it has not been released yet. Thank you.

When will be Modding Awards 2014? In later this year? I hope that not in 2016 (like 2013 in 2015).

Hopefully if there are the people to organise it the 2014 awards will follow at some point this year.

Why not organize both at the same time with almos the exact same format?
It would be a simple duplicate, with two threads and two series of polls, except for Rome II?

We wouldn't want to run the at the same time because one award might have detracted nomination/voting numbers from the other. However, if this template proves to be a success then I can't see a reason why it won't be followed for 2014, unless of course another group of people wish to organise it and have a different view on how it should be done.

Nomination : a few days. Vote : one month
Repeat for 2014 : everything done before July.

We have March 2015, so cut of 2014 (to only July) isn't needed. We could vote for all 2014.

I don't say we cut July. I say the awards can be finished before July 2015

We need more than only a few days for nominations. Otherwise, you'd only end up with a handful of nominations. People need time to be aware that this is going and and to think about who they're going to nominate. Some may even need to reinstall and replay some mods. This is especially true for 2013 since some may have forgotten some of the mods of that year.

I also don't think it would have been a good idea to run both 2013 and 2014 at the same time. People would get overwhelmed by the amount of decisions and sheer scale of the operation, and that would ultimately deter a large portion of the general membership from participating. I envision that the 2014 awards will come very soon after 2013. So we'll be caught up here shortly. It certainly won't be next year before we get to them.

So are the nominations closing tomorrow? Or are they being left open longer to try and get more in?

OK, cool. I thought I'd seen 2 weeks mentioned somewhere, hence the confusion

It is two weeks. We went live March 17. You can't go by the thread creation date, as since this is such a large production to organize, it takes time. You can't do everything in one day, so many of the threads were created and edited over a period of time before we were ready to kick things off.

That would be what I was missing - I only bumped into the fact this was happening a couple days ago, so I only saw the thread start dates

    Index:
Forgotten Realms of Gathered Submods was updated to v2.3 in 2013.
v4.3 of Alternative patch was released in 2013.
Withwnar's Submod Collection was updated to 1.6.3 in 2013.
Graphics and tweaks submod was released in 2013.
Divide and Conquer campaign map, remade for 3.2 I didn't notice in the list.

EDIT: Will we be able to vote for multiple candidates like it was at the last awards IIRC?

    Cheers, I'll get them added.

EDIT: And that will be dependent on the number of nominations for each category.
