Apachean and Incans get modern weapons if they meet certain conditions.

If Aztecs and Mayans, the most advanced nations of americas, survive to the deadly combination of spaniards and small pox, why wouldnt get horses and firearms ?
Of course for getting it you will have to survive to the hell and it would be more difficult than apachean and incans.
