The ones in the front ranks were still doing that terrible thing where they end up wasting most of their arrows on the air a few feet above the heads of the guys on the walls, but the guys in the last few ranks were aiming up, and raining arrows down.
I noticed a heck of a lot more of the arrows fired up and over hitting, than the ones fired straight at them. I tried over and over to position them in a way that they'd just do that all the time, instead of thinking they could make a shot over a stone wall, which they never do, but haven't yet figured out how to get them to just fire their volleys the way archers are supposed to when attacking someone with cover. Anyone had any luck with this, or is this maybe something that a mod would be able to fix?
