Screen changed, graphics remained

Hi all,

I changed my old 4:3 screen for a better 16:9 screen.
Despite all my efforts, the graphics options in the game do not resolve a thing. The best I could do is a horizontally stretched game... with black above and under.
I tried unsinstallyng & reinstalling it with no success. (it worked for RTW)
I tried to let the game choose the screen size. It chose the lowest definition (LOL)

How do I get this game to fit my screen?

what exactly is the problem? You want to remove the black areas on the screen?

You can set the resolution you want by adding these lines to the .cfg

[video]
battle_resolution = 1360 768
campaign_resolution = 1360 768

There's the widescreen setting that should be enabled. With these settings on my laptop the game covers the whole screen, well I also play in windowed mode, I can't remember if it affects it.

Hi,
The picture looks flattenned. I checked the wide screen option.
- the 1600/900 resolution gives a flattenned picture, but with black above and under
- the 1920/1080 (the real resolution of my screen), the picture is merely flattenned. The buildings look especially ugly
