Other kingdoms' genealogies
Hi there!
I'm curious; the game seems to keep track of this, but I can't see it. I want to know if the guy I'm marrying my daughter to is heir or has any chance of becoming heir. How can I take a look at the other genealogies?
Even if it's just for curiosity, I want to know if the Eastern Roman Emperor is a son of Arcadius or a brother or an adopted general or what.
Thanks!

This is quite a slip from CA's part. What's the point of having a family tree if I can't see the others and plan accordingly?
Another very weird thing that happens is that whenever a family member secedes, his whole family goes with him. Sons, grandsons, you name it. They may be super loyal to me, but I guess they're more loyal to their patriarch. Because of that I was scared I was gonna run out of heirs. All those guys I invested into are gone, and when the secessionists are destroyed, they are too. Mighty good job.
I understand the logic, but not the works of this mechanic. If they go, you should be able to reconcile. Now, I know this is not CK2, but the game's behaviour is weird when it comes to seceding factions.

You can in a sense: any children of the marriage between two factions will be visible on your family tree and can come of age and become the faction leader, presumably, I've never seen it happen.

It'll say heir in the marriage box in the diplomatic box. Once he's married to your daughter he'll have the little heir crown thing.
