No problem!
Does anyone have good resources/images/textures for eastern architecture? Especially for Persian art so I can update eastern ui look and release an update.

How to Install
Copy the contents of the .rar file to ...\Rome - Total War\.
It must overwrite files, click yes to continue.
Funny fact: it's savegame compatible! All I did is replacing textures, so it
is savegame compatible. It should work for all versions and mods of RS, including future ones.
THX!!
Great work! Thanks
Great job!! Thanx!
this is great. the only problem i have is that the central quotes of your pics overlap with rtw quotes
When a nation forgets her skill in war, when her religion becomes a mockery, when the whole nation becomes a nation of money-grabbers, then the wild tribes, the barbarians drive in... Who will our invaders be? From whence will they come?”

Please do! I joyfully accept your request, thanks a lot!
Looking forward to see Roma Surrectum once again shine with new stuff, settlements and features. If here is anything I can do, graphically related, just send me a message.

Quintillius, have you made any more progress with the other cultures? Also, I want you to know that there is a mistake in your mod regarding the buildings that are under construction. The proper folder for them is:
(culture-name)\buildings\construction
But all of yours read:
(culture-name)\buildings\constructed
The result is that the game will still use the old ones.

Aight. You're right. A typo. It's fixed and the files are reuploaded. Thanks for mentioning this.
But I believe I have done enough work for the cultures. Replacing all building icons is a really time-consuming job. The icons for the Romans are totally redone, for the Greeks a large part and for the other cultures only the ones which looked ugly.
Psst do you know a way to get good screen resolution? My text ingame is a bit blurred with 1280x1024, just like my loading screens now. The texts are barely readable.

Unfortunately no.....this game was made for 1024x768 screen resolution, which was probably the most common 'back in the day'....so anything above that will tend to look blurred or stretched. I have mine set at 1920x1080 when I'm at home (and using my big monitor), and 1366x768 on my laptop....both are a bit blurry, but the game tends to look the best if you set the resolution to the 'native' resolution of whatever device you are using.
Still, I can read the texts fairly well. I love the screens BTW....they look really nice.

I'll have no choice then. 1024x768 makes the game fill a quarter of my screen.
Thanks anyways. I really put as much love as I could in the screens.
My only gripe with this is the loyalty blips (?) are rather hard to see at a glance since they are creamy white against a slightly different sade of creamy white.
Other than that, awesome.

Update v3.1
-------------------------------------------
- Added missing texture for loyalty icons
- Replaced diplomacy icon texture with better one
- Edited influence icon texture
The original developers placed the texture for loyalty icons somewhere in a dark corner, hehe. I overlooked it.
Update v4.0 (for RSIII)
--------------------------------------------
- Newly improved battle & campaign UI for Romans
- Removed main menu background, because RSIII background is better
- Submod is compatible with new Athens (RSIII) faction now
- Added new (red) buttons (Romans only for now)
