[Please Help] Hippodrome for ERE and No Religious Research Requirement for Imperial Palace

As we know, the Hippodrome could be constructed by the Roman Empire in Rome 2, long before its construction date. Given that we play as the proto-'Byzantine' Empire closer to the date of its actual construction, it'd be nice if we could construct it. Would it be possible to import the Hippodrome building model etc from Rome 2 into the Forum building chain for the ERE as a Tier V (Capital Only) building akin to the Imperial Palace? If so, would anyone be willing to help me accomplish it?

Furthermore, is it also possible to remove the 'Divine Right' (disables Concrete) requirement for 'Byzantine State Authority' (the research that, among other things, unlocks the Imperial Palace)? I understand the purpose of this in-game, but it would be nice to continue to construct, say, Imperial Libraries - especially if you convert to Graeco-Roman Paganism or something.

Just to note: I'd be happy to do all of this myself, but I know not how. If any modder would be willing to at least offer me some help, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you for reading this request for assistance.

But the Hippodrome is already in Constantinople. Play a custom battle in the Constantinople map and you'll see it.

While true, the Imperial Palace also appears in the Constantinople battle map regardless of whether the player has researched and constructed it. For the sake of completion and expanding on the theatre to something a little more modern, I do think it'd be nice to have the option to construct it ourselves. Do you know how this could be, Alexios?
