    Default Model size halved after converting back to .mesh

    Hello,
    I'm trying to create a new model for the dismounted NE bodyguard using milkshape, but every time I convert the model from .ms3d back to .mesh (I'm using the M2TW Modeler's Toolbox version 0.5) the model loses half of its size (no error is given, it writes "conversion successful")..
    when trying to create a custom battle with the new dismounted bodyguard's model the game crashes .. anyone knows of a solution?
    I have the latest Kingdoms version from steam btw

    Firstly, you should ask this in the Mod Workshop, or in the thread of that tool.

    The tool should be working fine, are you sure it's not a problem with the model? Or in the code? Did you add it to the vanilla or a mod?

    My guess is there's something wrong with the model, better make a thread in the workshop and upload the model files http://www.twcenter.net/forums/forum...and-Animations
