Basically I all the sudden can't cross the straits at Constantinopolius to get across the ocean to Bithynia. I am playing as the ERE and it is fall of the year 401. In the begging of the game I could cross their without a problem. But now I need to move an army east and the game keeps trying to make me cross down by the city Cyzicus. I haven't lost any territory and their is no armies, fleets or agents that could be blocking me from crossing the straits. Is this a bug, or their a reason like you can't cross their during certain seasons or after a certain date due to climate change, has anyone else experienced this. It's just really frustrating because I am using the reduced campaign movement speed and my puppet state of Lazica just declared independence by not backing me in a war so they need to taught a lesson as soon as possible before they decide to take some of my unprotected settlements.
