[Request] No More Morale Penalties for Being Outnumbered

One thing that's been bugging me is how once the battle timer counts down to ten minutes, troops arbitrarily start losing morale for being outnumbered. Now, it's nothing big if it's just -1 or -3, but this penalty's very inconsistent. I've fought battles where I was outnumbered 5:1 and only got a -3 penalty. At the same time, I just fought a battle where I was outnumbered 2:1 and got a -28 morale penalty, effectively routing all of my units before 1/3 of my army was even touched by the enemy. I assume that it's some weird, esoteric system that focuses on sheer numerical values rather than actual troop ratios, but I digress.

Frankly I feel that morale in the game suits my tastes without this mechanic tacked on, and if somebody could either nerf it drastically or get rid of it entirely I'd be very grateful. It's hard beating the Huns when I'm not allowed to fight them.
