[Request] skipping technology

is there a mod which lets you start with all research fully done . i play as geats and they have terrible mid level infintary compared to my enemies and i dont want to wait around for 30 turns for some research. if anyone can show me a way that would be great (sorry for any grammatical errors)

Just use one of the mods that gets rid of unit upgrades or u could try FOE since they have the higher tier units available from the start

Was looking for the exact same thing awhile ago. Someone linked me to this mod and it was exactly what I wanted. It works great.
