    Default [Proposal] Late Period Units

I know that many people don't even finish campaigns most of the time, but I was wondering if any modders are planning on creating Late Period/Dark Ages units? By that, I mean Eastern Roman units that look more like their later, Byzantine descendents (for example, using the chainmail face-mask that some of the Sassanid units use), or Saxon units that represent the translation to Anglo-Saxon English, perhaps using more Roman-style armor? Franks that look less like Barbarians? I don't know. What do you guys think? Any suggestions on your part?

I would love some chainmail facemasks for the ERE, or Varangian guard like unit.

Getting to Varangians would be a bit difficult, as their existence was contingent on an alliance between Rurik of the Rus and the Macedonian Dynasty of the Byzantines. Also they come from the 900s (or 800s) I think.

Yea i just ment having them look abit like the Varangian guards, which are often depicted with chainmail facemasks

I have entertained the thought of porting my mod HV:TW over to Attila... Perhaps in the future it will be a possibility
