    Rise of Legends Total War

    Full description
    This mod is the most strange projects for Total War games. Why? I can say. Because this mod combines many fantasy factions from different universes. Yeah, i know its very strange and sometimes weird.... but this mod was made just for fun. You must have fun, when you`re playing this mod. You can see factions list above. In custom battles you can fight in very non-ordinary battles. You can fight by Gondor against Telmar, or by Avengers forces against Volandemort, or you can even fight by Ksandar (from Guardians of Galaxy movie) against Panem Capitolium (from Hunger Games) and etc., so you understand. But there is one small problem. Old Rome Total War engine can`t work with futuristic weapons and alien technologies. So you will not see in this mod tanks, aircraft, plasma weapons and alien flying ships. In this mod all races are fighting with middle-ages weapons. But i think, its not very big problem for you all. Mod have many new factions and of course new maps. In custom battles, you can fight in many maps with beautiful decorations. Great thanks to XGM and RedFox for many new things, for new atmosphere. And of course, this mod have new 3d content. You can see well done Rohan warriors, Dark Numenorians, Krypton Riders and Umbar Guards. So, i think you will like this small, but funny mod. Its also have new loadscreens, banners, menu, quotes from many fantasy books and almost full english translation.

    About campaign
    Of course we didn`t forget about campaign. You can play Tanos Invasion campaign in this mod. Yeah, it have for now some bugs and even CTDs, but i think its also not big problem. Just save your game every turn. This mod is in progress even now. About campaign i must say more words. There are only 3 factions available for Tanos Invasion campaign.
    Tanos Empire, Krii Empire and Devastators Clan. You can fight by these factions and try to win war in Morag planet. Morag map is based on Alexander campaign map. But there is many changes. If you`re playing Krii Empire, your campaign is like Alexander campaign, but with some changes. You must not take all world, just some territories and also you have very good economic. But your Krii Emperor (Lucinius) must not die, because if he will die, all nuclear rockets can destroy planet. To be correct, if Lucinius will die, you will fail win conditions. When you`re playing Tanos faction, your campaign is more easy. But you must not take Krii Colonies. Your main task - to destroy Perun Warhounds citadel. Perun Warhounds - is unplayable race in campaign. When you`re playing Devastator Clan, you must capture 10 provinces.... But you have very weak army and your main enemies are Krii Empire and Tanos Empire. Tanos can simply destroy you by his legions. So be very careful.

    Sasha, you should check Lotr-TW from Hosted mods section of TWC. there is a faction in the game (the OMGWTF faction) that has a Bradley armored vehicle, you should check it out to see how it works. Also, there is another mod on TWC, Rise of Legends wich has a Abrams tank and US Marines. Don't know about the tank, but I tested the marines and the Bradley in custom battles and it looked pretty modern. I think modern weapons could be represented on RTW engine, is just a matter of modding the projectiles (making arrows and stones look like tracer bullets or laser beams). Doing something like that in your mod would be a great addition to your mod.

    This is new download link for newest version



    Its includes 3 new factions in custom battles - Mulchorand, Stygia and En`Sabah`Nurr.
    Its also includes new updates in campaign. Now in Tanos Invasion campaign you can play Taneliir Tivan faction.
    Many changes were done, especially in graphics. And I added a lot of new units for many factions.
    Faction Panem Capitolium was improved. Also i fixed many bugs and added new quotes.
