My Rig Performance Question...

hi all...
so i got MTW2...its amazing and lookin good...but i have a question maybe even stupid...allright

this is my rig:
Intel Core2Duo 6400
G.Skill 2X512 800MHZ DDRII
Radeon X1900XT 512MB

and here is my setting in MTW2:

i use LARGE size unit scale

i get around zoom out 25-55fps
zoom in close battle i get 15-30fps

is it normal to my pc?
dunno i just have the feeling its suppose to work better on my rig...
anyone with similer rig can tell me...
also noticed SHADOWS in game drop massivly fps! so i turned them off...

help me out here plz

Yes. Your processor and resolution is holding you back. My AMD is running at 2.2 GHz and I have 2GB memory DDR800 and a 7900GT, on 1440x900 and in the demo I get 16fps.
