Demolishing a single building !!! On attila TW

Hi guys,my opinion is that on attila the buildings of each city should be demolished to lv 1 with capture,automatically or by choice.

I captured a capital city with lv 4 civil and lv 3 church,They are useless to me.I dont have the ability to do anything at all with them.I cant build my own.No technology yet.

What should I do?

I should be able to make them lv 1 and my own civilizations design.

Paying respect to the enemy buildings and not be able to demolish them should be for hagia sophia in constantinople for example,cuz it stands today were it stood.

It seems that the option dismanteling wasent available from the 1st turn of capture.Must have been a bug.
