Okay roman army doenst making any sense to me.

Tier 1 palatina(heavy) guard has iron scale armor but tier 2 ELITE palatina(medium) has leather like armor? like really?

im editing tweaking units... and have no idea which soldier is best which one is worst.

someone please give me some list please.

PS: if not someday you're gonna play historically really unaccurate roman units lol.
