What "falloff" means (big noob here)
Hi there people!
So, what 'falloff' means or do? Like for example on: cai_personality_diplomatic_event_values
I know value here means the diplomatic bonus.
component_id /// event_id /// falloff /// value
---------------------------------------------------
default /// CLIENT_STATE /// 50 /// 10
Thanks!

(Not positive) I believe that the falloff is either rate of deterioration or the number of turns that the diplo bonus is applied for. I'll experiment and see if that's the case.

Experimented with the value, appears to be the value for turns before decay. (IE: 50 turns until the value of the client state bonus begins to decay to a value of 0)
