Default [idea] Modern day city names

As you know, we can now rename cities in TWA, i don't live in Europe and hardly know any European cities besides the capitals of the counties. Could someone make a mod (or a list/screenshot) of what the settlements in the campaign would be named if it were modern day

Use the Internet or a book, not trying to be rude, but not only will it tell you which town is which, as some may not have modern names, but also give some historical background

as for naming Europe - I name baced on my faction I play as -

some bloke has a brill mod that changes all names to latin ie for when playing romans.

but fundamentaly I rename places baced on what faction I play as. Saxons always get ye old English - French get charlamaine/ early Frankish names Visigoth early spannish- alani- early Spanish though I always settle alani near byzantine/ spain - or sometimes like to pretend ime the huns ;_) who can settle with my own hunnic unit mod that I made rescripting alani to be the huns- but itherway

each to their own. so renaming is never silly, just some of us like to roleplay the game and pretend to be the "actual historical faction. ive plenty of saves were ive only captured historicly correct locations. and then sit back n watch the rest of the world

I rename everything to historical variants depending on time/ region - ie I rename England always when capturing it to " londinium" - "wessex" " east anglia" - "northumbria" "lindom" inverness" "edinburgh"

when playing as Saxons. though historicly only lindom, west and east sussex is historicly correct. - but historicly England towns were this --- England wise is " londinium=London lindom= between York and London camolondinium, is correct. gywen is wales. the Scottish towns are historicly correct. and the Wessex town is ither exster or glastenbury.

I also think it's a bad idea. I think the game includes a wiki and this wiki explains the abridged history of all the settlements and cities.
