    Default [Req] No auto migration for settled factions that get their last town taken/destroyed! Please! :(

    The reason I'd like this is because the AI doesn't have the same objectives as humans clearly as they show COMPLETE dis-regard for their home capital/cities/towns and would rather you come take it turning them into a horde/migrating faction because then they flee off for 20 turns, gather allies and troops then come back when your fighting someone else. Now some will say that intelligent of them to do that but its not if they had the same victory objectives as us because you need to control settlements to win. Hording/migrating forever isn't going to let you do that. Now despite that and in all of this, they in most cases are factions that are NOT a migrating faction to begin with. Everyone can turn into a migrating faction even when their last settlement is destroyed which I think is completely bonkers. That needs to be stopped, if your last town/city is dead it should be like Rome II with SEVERE army depletion penalties due to lack of food. I spent over 100 turns of 150 chasing armies across the map just to finish off pathetic little hordes who run away (staying just out of the area of attack always! Then gather allies (even with so called great power debuff for political relations) who have no food (realistically). Yet even as a horde they still ally up with everyone else against you. As a human player you cant ally for toffee in most cases in migration mode.
    All in all I believe only migrating factions should be able to migrate once their last settlement has been (if they have one at the time) has been taken or destroyed. I've just found everyone doing it ruins the idea of settlement and settlements! all together.

    Just wondered if anyone else got as hacked off as me with this or if they thought it was a good idea. I've posted this on the official forums but as to no surprise I had no response from CA.

    I think it is good, because it is just fail when you capture the last settlement from them and then they just raze/sack your cities while suffering from attrition

    The community has been waiting for a feature like this for ages. CA has done a fantastic job of improving upon Rome and introducing new and old features into Attila. If you can't beat a faction outright, then you aren't trying hard enough.

    I really like this feature. Let me tell you why;

    I was playing as the Geats. I had conquered all of Scandza, but the Jutes had an army somewhere in southern Europe.
    So they initiate diplomacy and asks me to pay them 3000 for peace. Fools, I will never accept. What can a half-beaten stack of tier 1 infantry do to the mighty Geats?

    I go about playing my campaign, upgrade my towns, cities, armies, and start to get really powerful. All of a sudden, the Jutes say hello with 2 full stacks of battle-hardened infantry and mercenaries. Needless to say they sacked my capitol and 1 other city before I managed to withdraw my armies and fight them off. I think this is a nice feature, and the AI is improved in Attila. However, the "big empire" AI is still bad, as they try and "snipe" settlements way to hard. But early-middlegame it works fine.

    TLDR; The AI will always focus on the player if possible.

    Make peace with them.

    I just feel its completely un-realistic with the objectives you have as a human player and the fact the army would be dying of starvation without a city/town supplying food. Coupled with the fact the AI always seems to move just outside your attack range when you do chase them down.
    Maybe it's just me, this makes me sad
