[Request] Sarmatian cataphracts not in migratory building chain

Hello,

I'm playing an alans campaign and It seems that the Sarmatian Cataphracts can only be trained from a building when you settle, however I don't want to settle but I still want this unit.
Can someone explain me how I add this unit to one of the migratory building chains?

This also seems the case for the skirmisher cav and horse archers of the sarmatians.

Aren't they upgrades to other units?look in the tech tree.

Here you go. Added skirms, cataphracts and cataphract archers to the horde military buildings at matching levels to the settled farming buildings
