Co-Op Campaign Spawns Fog battles 90% of the time. -Looking for Mod Workaround.

As the title, playing co-op multi-player with a friend which is becoming a frustrating experience.
Every battle seems to come out as Fog or Fog and Rain we have had 2 out of 50-60 battles that have been sunshine.

Does anyone know of a mod that will either correct the imbalance of the fog map spawns or returns the wait a day option to multiplayer sessions?

use my RSG rare fog,rain and snow mod.... it reduces the fog effect 80% from the vanilla.... its save game compitable or else u can use no fog,rain and snow versions too.... just remember you both need to have this mod together...
