Default How to add an existing unit to a new faction?

I have no trouble adding the unit to a new faction in custom battles. But i can not figure out how to add them in the campaign.

In the pack I have changed: building units allowed table, land units, main units, units custom battle permissions table, units to exclusive faction permissions, units to groupings military permissions.

The unit still does not show up in the campaign though. What else do I need to change?

Interesting, I have seen Units_Custom_Battle_Permissions and Units_to_Groupings_Military_Permissions crashing when edited.

Could you explain more in depth how to do this? I'm looking to do the same, but can't figure it out by myself.

I am keeping each of the mods I do in a folder naming them what they are so I ca look back and see what I did to make them work.

In this case when I open up my pack file what I did here was

    Building units allowed
    Land units
    main units
    units to exclusive faction
    units to grouping military permissions

And there is another one if you want it available for custom battles I didn't so I stopped here

also this link goes into more detail on the Building units allowed table
