Problem with campaign selection

I tried to play SS today for the first time in a year or so, but the setup options don't seem to be working. Regardless of what I select, the game always launches with the early campaign. I have tried launching with HURB and late campaign selected, but somehow it is set to early every time. Because it's been a long time since I played SS, I am not sure if I've played a late campaign start on my current installation of the mod. I definitely have in the past, but I think I reinstalled the mod since then. I know that I've never played a HURB campaign.

Normally I would just reinstall the mod and try again. but with the internet issues I've been having lately it won't be possible at the moment. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Find SS Setup in MWT2/Mods/SS6.3, select SS Setup, right click and Run as Admin

Thanks for the reply, but it still only lists early campaign in-game.

I just realised that its because of HURB, its Early campaign only, you need to remove HURB or delete SS and install again

Do you mean that simply having the HURB files on my computer disables late campaign? I was aware that HURB is for 1100, but it's not working either. Regardless of whether I select HURB or late campaign in the setup, the game launches as though I checked early campaign. Also, I already tried deleting and reinstalling the HURB files. I just don't want to do that with SS as a whole because my internet connection has been cutting out about every 15 minutes for some reason, so I don't think I'd be able to download it properly right now.

Edit: So simply deleting HURB will make late campaign work? My main goal in trying SS again was testing out HURB, as I've never used it before. I'd rather play early campaign than late; I only tried it because I wasn't sure if my issue was simply a bad download.
