Attila Victory Conditions Question

Say I want to achieve a divine victory, but it is already past 450 and if I take the 80th region I achieve all of the requirements for a minor victory. Will the game automatically give me a minor victory? If so, does this mean I won't be able to achieve a divine victory in that same campaign?

That's not the way victories work. You can win one victory, and keep going for another. So for example, if you get the victory screen for minor, and keep going, you'll get the cinematic for military and so on. Date doesn't matter, the campaign won't end before 500 a.d. to my knowledge.
