White/grey pixel clouds and patterns

My Problem: My PC meets minimum requirement and the game works smoothly (except expected low fps) up to the bug shown in these three screenshots, where pixel clouds make Battles as well as the campaign map unplayable.


This is Max performance settings with smallest resolution and unlimited VRAM. Also tried in different variations to no result.

The TW Launcher is telling me that some of my drivers are outdated, but from searching around this forum i have concluded that this too is a bug. Am I correct? (has anyone updated drivers and still has this message or the other way round?)
I wanted to check if anyone else has this problem and if so how is the bug/problem called, because i couldnt find anything similar in any TW forum or on google. And most importantly, what is the solution or what is the root of this problem? Im asking because I´d like to know if this problem has or hasnt anything to do with the drivers, because updating them is simply a pain in the butt.

Problem solved. It was the drivers that had to be updated. The TW launcher still says that some drivers are outdated even thought the drivers is the most recent.
