    Hi Hadrien,I wonder if there is any chance to make your mod for those who don't buy the DLC ??

    Why would we need the DLC´s? All the new faction units (and thus mod resources) are still in the game for us that didnt buy the DLC´s, only difference is we cant play with them, so why would we need the DLC´s? Essentially the only thing you pay for when you buy factions is the unlock, not the resources that the new units use. This is why i am not buying these faction DLC´s, i did in Rome II because the factions were interesting for me to play with. But for Attila i am perfectly satisfied with playing ERE, WRE & Franks. I am simply not interested in playing as my forefathers the vikings or the longbeards, atleast not at this moment.

    EDIT. Tested it just to make sure: DLC´s are NOT needed, it works perfect and nothing is missing. So again, you do NOT need Longbeards or Vikings DLC.

    The mod looks fantastic. I just wanted to ask, is the coloured spears mod that you linked at the bottom included with this mod? Or do I need to download it separately?

    It's included with this mod.

    Do you think you'll be working on more mods using the Longbeards DLC assets in the future? Would be cool to have more units with those beards, also it increases the value of the DLC with mods that complement it, sort of like how Skyrim's mods allow for a greater variety and depth of mods.

    Oh and I bought the Longbeards DLC with this mod as one of the reasons behind it, hope you'll continue to support it!

    Well I don't work for CA, saying that i support this DLC is a little be misleading. I only use all the assets available to me.

    The mod has been updated.

    On the good advice of Marcus Aemilius Lepidus i have removed the oval shields. I added some new stuffs too, like a visible throwing axe for the units who use them:

    Fixed the lack of variety of the shields patterns in the previous update.

    Edit: fixed 2 errors in the VMD of the saxon lancers and the marine berserkers.

    Well done! Now they feel like more saxons, and are distinguishable from the viking factions.
