Hadrians wall is a wall that is on the battlefield far off in the distance. You can barely see it and you can never ever move your units to it.
What a disappointment.

What, you can't use it? That sounds kind of pointless? Why the fuss over including it if it's only a background?
Shogun 2, no thanks I will stick with Kingdoms SS.
10 or more topics named "Hadrian" and we need a new one? seriously?

War is Hell, and I'm the Devil!
Thats not even on page 1 anymore. Its an old thread. I am no necroposter. Plus it was before the patch put the wall back in.
If one person says something disappointed them two anons come outta nowhere with haste and rebuff the game in all it's trashy goodness. This is what rome 2 should have been after getting alpha tested by Ca... Now we're alpha testing the beta. Instead of giving us a flc they charge 8.00$ for a week one dlc... is this limbo, cuz how low can you go...
never ceases to amaze me how people that apparently enjoy the game decide "hey instead of playing it let me go to the place where people from all over the world go to complain about the game and try to see the changes they want to see. Changing something about the game for the better of the gaming community and yet that someone pissed this guy off enough to tell you your post is redundant? Who is he the redundant police, ffs?
Anyone took a screenshot of the wall yet in a battle?

"We're nice mainly because we're rich and comfortable."
Nothing to take a picture of... it is so far away in the distance that it looks like a small wall.
The battle is just a normal land battle with a wall far away in the distance beyond the red border.
At least 7.19€... but expect a huge rebate at launch so the price will be a lot cheaper, Like 6,74€.

Hadrian's wall DLC, 2.99$

It should at least be a wonder. A buff when defending Brittania Inferior from invasion or something.
I don't remember them making a big show out of it at all. In fact, I remember people trying to get the slightest hint from the videos that were published.
My guess for not having a battlemap with it is that its a technical issue to have the same object continuing through out the map and outer border.
It would be great to have it with its wall forts if we ever have a Britain campaign DLC with a focused map of Britain.

It should be a siege location really I meanthat wall needs a function on a battle map even make it as a river crossing with two breaches in the wall already
I would like to see and attack or defend the wall. Maybe it will come in an update or DLC.![]()
