Default [Request] Modding Starting Technologies? Possible?

I've been looking for a mod or even a guide to modding what technologies are already researched at the start of the campaign. I want to try out a campaign with all techs researched for specific factions. I want to be able to just get a feel for a faction and plan based on later game units or building strategies before I slug my way through 100+ turns of research for every single faction... Ideally I'm looking for something that modifies the Roman starts now.

I think I've found a guide to modifying such a thing in Empire here:

I have pretty much no idea what I'm doing in this area or if this is in anyway useful in Attila...
I remember there was a mod on the workshop that added all techs researched for certain factions in Rome II awhile ago. Its long since been out of date and I haven't been able to track down the creator. I tried examining that mod to get an idea what to do in Attila but I think its a bit over my head.

    Any suggestions?

To edit starting technologies of a faction. You will have to use PFM to edit the startpos.esf file.

Like you see in the image, you will have to add every single technology to the faction. As this is really time consuming, I would suggest going here: [MOD] Verzi's CM
But if you would like to do it yourself, feel free to contact me and I'll provide further instructions.
