Total War: Fire and Blood
A Game of Thrones Overhaul
Overview:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Westeros has been thrown into chaos once more. War has consumed the nation once more with five men all vying for the Iron Throne.
Joffrey Baratheon, heir of the late King Robert Baratheon is supported by the Westerlands under the control of House Lannister as well as the Crownlands surrounding King’s Landing. In this time of disorder, the Crown’s enemies are numerous and its allies are few yet with the support of the wealthy Westerlands there may still be hope of defeating the numerous rebels.
The King in Highgarden, Renly Baratheon is the youngest brother of King Robert and after fleeing King’s Landing he joins the forces of Storm’s End and Highgarden as one. Despite possessing no rightful claim to the throne, Renly commands a united force of over 100,000 troops, outnumbering all other opposing nations.
Robb Stark, the heir of Lord Eddard Stark. Robb Stark travels South with the support of his banners, desiring revenge for the execution of his father. The Northmen are outnumbered and with few allies, yet the Young Wolf has the potential to become a fantastic commander and more than a match for the lions of the West.
Stannis Baratheon, the oldest of King Robert’s younger brothers. Stannis’ military force is small but his claim to the throne is great. Stannis Baratheon will conquer his enemies and seat himself upon the Iron throne or die trying.
Balon Greyjoy and the lords of the Iron Islands has been patient, yet now he has awoken the Ironborn. The war gives Balon another opportunity to claim independence for his people. As the Wolf moves south, the Kraken will strike upon the North and leave nothing but death in his wake.
Lysa Tully commands the Vale from her stronghold, the Eyrie. Paranoid due to the threat of the Lannisters in the West, Lysa is unwilling to commit her forces in the war and has remained neutral in the conflict. However, if the Westerlands were to fall from power, the Knights of the Vale are ever willing to hunt the lions as they flee

Huge thanks go out to Warman and the Medieval Kingdoms team for allowing us to use their resources. The units above were made by ShogunLewis who received permission to use stuff from Medieval Kingdoms.

I was just thinking that Attila would be the perfect platform for a mod like this die to the horde mechanic. Good luck, I'll definitely be interested in playing!

I did a little mock up to see how Westeros would fit into the Attila map and you wouldn't have to tweak much to fit it in. The blue dots correspond to settlements on the Attila map, so as you can see there are more than enough provinces and settlements to recreate the factions and towns of Westeros. Attachment 320559
If you lower the heightmap on the areas on the Attila map that correspond to Westeros ocean areas and place a "no go" polyline around the Westeros continent, I guess in theory you could create a Westeros land war campaign.
At the moment there's just a steam workshop link, if anyone wants it I can upload it to Mediafire.
These units will be updated as the mod progresses so they don't look out-of-date.
