[Request] Make Tributary states and Puppet States actually useful!

Right now there is a serious issue with tributary states/puppet states being useless as when i subjugate them our relations start deteoriating down all the way to -170.. Gifting money seems useless. It's a problem because they break free when they ing want in like few turns. the relations between the tributary states and puppet states should get better over time and they should actually be loyal. If this can be changed i'd be grateful!
