United Chaos, balance between the Chaos factions and cheats ?
As Im a huge fan of this mod I played much all 4 chaos factions often because my others favorites, the Skaven and Tomb Lords, aren't released yet.
From balancing I would say the Nurgle Faction need some look, because where others are masters in close combat and others and distance, where others can flank and exhaust your enemy pretty fast, I couldnt get the advantage of nurgle since their units stats almost the same like the others, unspecialized units.
Then I got a problem with recruiting some units like Chaos Trolls and Tzeentch Mage.
Where the slot apears of the Chaos Troll to recruit it, it says all time it need 17 turn to wait. Then the next turn it disappears and comes 25-30 turns back with tells me now I have to wait 16 turns.
As I played the Tzeentch faction, I couldnt even recruit the Tzeentch Disc mage even after turn 110. I dont know if its a bug or that I have to wait more untill it get enabled.
As I was downloading it the first time I saw a picture of the "United Chaos Citadel" which I thought I could use all factions in a common.
I googled it and some people said It "should" be possible, but only when you destroyed all other chaos factions and a specific time is gone.
Well, I did it and its over turn 167 with my Khorne Warriors Round and I dont see anything like an event or message.
Then I thought I could use cheats to create units from other faction to build the united chaos legions.
After some time I found the "export_descr_unit" data with all the units and their features.
But something is strange, after some time I could only create units like "Marauders", "Juggernauts", "Horrors". Well, practically all units which are in a single word.
When I try to create something like "Marauders_axe", "Warrior_of_chaos_bodyguard" it says me the garrison is full, even when its completely empty.
Im not the person who use cheats often, but I really wants to play with khorne champtions and Tzeentch Mage in the same Army but I fail to see how the cheat works.
I used both ways:
create_unit Urslo Marauders_axe 1,9,9,9
and
create_unit Urslo Marauders axe 1,9,9,9 but it still dont work.
Would be great if some one could help me out here

Don't know if this is much help, but...
You propably missed a specific settlement for the united-Chaos, this is usually the case when people ask this. You can check the campaign_script to see what you need for it.
I haven't played Chaos in ages, but aren't Mages atleast random unit? This is the case for all other factions. The cooldown might be there only for replenishing the unit that you get from event, and if that event haven't occured the game keeps resetting it, or something like that. Not sure tought, a bit of a guess. 
Regarding using other faction units for faction that don't have them naturally, there might be problems that may require further modding allowing other factions to use them. Like edu has faction ownerships for specific units. Again, not sure.

Mh, I just cant find it in the campaign_script which settlements I need. But I got half of the whole map under my controll and its still dont appear. I will try with Tzeentch if its true with the random unit.
Actually I can use other units from other faction in my army, like the Horrors and Bloodletters, but the problem is with the units who got two or three words.
