Help with Italian States

Hello Friends,

Would there be some helpful genius out there who could edit me a copy of the vanilla ETW startpos with just four changes:

1) Italian States are a playable faction
2) Naples belongs to the Italian States (sorry Spain)
3) Naples starts with a Royal Palace
4) Florence starts with a school

Thanks, I've tried doing it myself but it didn't work. Hopefully this wouldn't take more than 10 minutes of somebody's time.

Well that's funny, I tried to do the same thing for a custom campaign I did.
There are plenty of tutorials online on how to do these things, but even with a guide it isn't easy.
I could help you, but I'm currently slaving away on a mod-pack (adding new units, fixing stuff, etc.)
