[Request] More generals recruitable for each imperium level.

I enjoyed playing Rome II more with a mod that greatly increased the number of generals and would love to see it for Attila if this is possible. I much prefer to be restricted by money alone rather than this background rule.

I'd love this as well, though I'm wondering if this creates issues for the AI? Do they spam small stacks or can they actually handle it decently?

I made this awhile ago for someone else who asked the same thing if I remember right it should double the armies at each imperium level. if it isn't the right file just pm me.
