[Proposal] Liberated = Make Client State/Satrapie Bonus

I'm playing an Antigonidai campaign, and when I liberated the Sardes from Seleukidai, I noticed that I got a 100 diplomatic bonus, So I was thinking about raising this bonus until a level that after you liberate a faction, you can easily reach a Client State/Satrapy treaty by diplomatic ways.
Is it possible?

I've seen a mod that did somewhat the reverse thing: it applied a diplomatic bonus to factions you turned into client states after conquest, so I believe a submod would be doable. On the other hand, with 100 positive points in diplomacy, I think you could work things out when you are powerful enough (I had a campaign in which my allies would actually ASK to be my client states past some point), at least if you want to stick to diplomacy.
