Luume has broken this rule. "

1. Destroying buildings is not allowed if the settlement is under siege or a far superior army is one turn away from the settlement. Turn1 exception."

This happened at Stonedance which he took and left. The buildings he destroyed was a barrack, a smith and a port. All this happened on the same turn as he took it. I have/had a stack south of Stonedance + a lot of forces in reach north of it.
Stonedance is not only a important recruitment center for me, but also holds a vital port for anyone who has enemies nearby. Luume removed that for his own advantage + gold.

A very fitting fine which takes away the gold he has earned and more from removing the barracks, smith and port from me. This is fitting in my opinion.
I will be in full control of the settlement next turn.

The admin should check to see some or all of those buildings were destroyed when Luume sacked the place. The port especially might have been destroyed legally (happens sometimes with castles).

I did destroy some buildings I am sure, I didn't think Stannis' army was close enough to reach it. But other wise fair enough

I checked the turn and no building was destroyed by sacking. All of them was destroyed manually. Luume in your next turn you will be fined, with almost the same amount gold you gained from this turn from Stonedance.
