Things are very seldom what they seem. In my experience, they’re usually a damn sight worse.

You select all your units and tell them to Withdraw by pressing W or clicking the Withdraw button on the screen. However you can only withdraw if your army has movment points on the Campaign map, cause if they dont they cant withdraw.
