Galatia and Tylis no longer kin?

Why are Galatia and Tylis no longer able to confederate? I understand they are evidently in separate sub-cultures under the celtic umbrella culture but why would this change be made? They are the best candidates to confederate in their region and it's very disappointing to see this in comparison to vanillla.

Hmmm... yeah, I agree with you. I didn't realize they couldn't confederate. I imagine they should be able to confederate with the other Celtic factions nearby as well: Scordisci, Breuci, Eravisci, but not the Triballi - they should be Thracian, but are labelled as Celtic in the game.

It might even be worth moving Tylis out of the Balkan faction group and into the Celtic one, but that would change the way they play in regards to mercenaries (but I'm not a fan of that mercenary bonus anyway).

Really? That might have been fixed then. Last time I played they had only Celtic units in their armies, but maybe they do have the right culture group.

There are 2 different subcultures if I remember - gallic and celtic. We set Galatia to be Gallic a very long time ago so they would work properly with the reforms. Perhaps we can change that back.

whether you do or not I really value that you took a second look on this issue, and I hope you respond to this thread with whichever decision you make, I hope you figure out how to make it work though, because These two factions really are in the position that they deserve to be able to confederate.
