[Request] Make diplomatic marriages more effective.

You get what, 20 points for a marriage to another faction, and it degrades 1 point per turn, so its only effective for 5 years? A marriage can certainly have a profound effect (be it good or bad!) for much longer than that. I can think of a couple ways to make this work better.

Simple: Don't degrade the effect, it lasts for as long as both of them still live and are together.

More interesting & complicated to implement: Add a new intrigue, or replace the effect of one that isn't relevant anymore (like the Arrange Marriage or Seek Wife ones) that lets you expend the intrigue points of the wife to improve relations with her home faction (if she married in to yours) or her husband's faction (if she was one of yours to start with.)
