Don't claim to know that much about it.. But from what I've heard its like the merc recruitment system of the old days.. Spawn rates are dependant on the settlement level, military buildings ect.. Sounds very exciting..
I always thought it was strange that you could train entire legions of urban cohorts and pretorian cavalry from raw recruits... I like that you need to make balanced armies now... Cant wait!
I pissed off the edge of the wall.. slept in a sky cell. Fought with the hill tribes... so many adventures

Yeah...the whole population pool will rock. Now you can't just spam knights because it will drain their pool.
Now, there is nothing you can do, but become, a freak!!!!
