    Default Mod request: Remove Razing.

    Hi all

    I'd like to request a mod that can get rid of removing razed cities. I do not like to have a big empire, march all the way to Rome and see it being desolated and wiped out.

    Completely unhistorical.

    For those of us that want razing to be removed, please make a mod!
