If radious (and mod team) will allow it i have modified the unit size (to a more historical size) of the original mod and would like to share it it's like the second time i've done something like this... and don't mind doing this kind of stuff in my spare time.

It's balanced as far as i know because it just blanket expands the unit sizes and doesn't nit pick for certain factions. (This includes number of men in a naval ship as well AND siege Units).

U dont need the permission from any Modder may he be famous in TW modding or not. You only need a permission if u use content createt from s1 else then you.

Nvm i can't read... yes if u modified his mod then you will need his permission, but if you are looking for it u better send him a private message then waiting for him to read some random post.
